Descriptions

It is mainly used for continuous distillation of a large number of volatile solvents under reduced pressure. Especially for the concentration of the extract and chromatographic separation of the receiving liquid distillation, separation and purification of reaction products. It is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products which are easy to decompose and denatured at high temperature.

Features

1. The main support is made of aluminum alloy with reasonable structure and exquisite materials. 

2. The sealing system adopts double-layer Teflon + fluororubber combination two-way sealing, which can maintain the vacuum degree. 

3. The pot is made of aluminum alloy and Teflon, and heated in a closed way. 

4. All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion. 

5. The angle of the machine head is adjustable (ensure the condenser is vertical). 

6. Driven by micro motor, the main engine rises and falls automatically. 

7. Seesaw button: the main engine of the upper part of the seesaw rises and the lower part of the seesaw lowers.

8.Temperature digital display, intelligent constant temperature control, PT100 sensor quickly and accurately transfer temperature. 

9. Electronic stepless speed regulation (0-200rpm adjustable), rotation setting, easy to operate. 

10. Fuse safety protection. 

11. Vertical double-layer serpentine coil condenser ensures recovery rate. 

12. Continuous feeding, convenient for customers to use, valve type feeding pipe sleeve PTFE pipe, water retaining ring.
