Descriptions

Rotary evaporator is mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is that under vacuum condition, constant temperature heating makes the rotating bottle rotate at constant speed, and the material forms a large area film on the wall of the bottle and effectively evaporates. The solvent vapor is cooled by the glass condenser and recycled in the collecting bottle, which improves the evaporation efficiency. It is suitable for concentration and purification of biological products which are easy to decompose and denatured at high temperature.
